R Winery

R Winery is a substantial new Cellar Door and Restaurant for a well respected NSW based winery. The brief called for a Cellar Door to accommodated 50-60 patrons, a private tasting room for 20, a restaurant and function space for up to 100 patrons, commercial kitchen facilities and retail and lounge areas.

The Cellar Doors spills outside to a terrace and down a series of broad steps to the established gardens. The restaurant is elevated so patrons see over the tops of the rows of vines that come right up to the new building.
