Source Architects is an architecture and interior design studio at 146 Lords Place in Orange, working here since 2013. Interior design, joinery, finishes, lighting and furniture selection are handled in-house, either as part of a building project or as a project in their own right. Because the same registered architects lead both, the interiors are designed with the plan rather than applied to it afterwards.
Local, and in the room

March House, a 1910s Federation home on one of Orange's best streets, received an AIA NSW Country Award for Interiors. The original rooms were restored, and the new kitchen, dining and living spaces at the rear were designed together with custom pieces by local artisan Dan Szpytko. At Jewel House in Central Orange, a very modest workers cottage was reworked around a private walled courtyard that brings northern light into the new rooms.
