Rowe House

Restoration and New Additions

Source Architects are privileged to be working on a very significant property just outside Bathurst in NSW. The house and gardens date from 1874 and is reported to have been designed by Thomas Rowe (one of the leading Australian architects of the Victoria era) with Bathurst based (and no less important) architect Edward Gell as superintendent.

Source Architects has undertaken a masterplan for the site and will be leading the restoration and adaptive re-use of the existing house and guest wing and is designing a new wing for the house which includes new contemporary living facilities.
