Sadlier Residence

Built in the 1870s, the residence demonstrates some Victorian Italianate Style. The original footprint of the house largely remains the same since 1920’s when verandahs and servants were added on. Since this time the house was renovated with an unsympathetic casual living and kitchen area.

The proposed renovation removes the unsympathetic renovation that was completed in the 1980’s and includes restoring timber ceiling details that were previously removed. The front of the house will remain in its original form that consists of formal living areas and a billiard room and the rear of the house to be renovated with a new kitchen and a more relaxed living and dining areas.

Construction commenced Sept 2020
