Boomey House

It is a bit of a dusty drive to get to the existing farm house in Boomey which is 45min outside Orange. The existing house had simple planning arrangements but was clearly in need of a facelift, suffering from worn out cork flooring and some living areas receiving little natural light. The brief was to make the existing place brighter and lighter and to generally refresh the key living and service spaces. The design of the renovation started by removing some key walls and inserting windows and doors so more natural light could come through deep into the living areas.

The renovation was a complete internal refit with new joinery, bathrooms, ensuite and finishes throughout.
