Situation to the west or Orange, the Spencer House is a contemporary new private residence on a lightly wooded northwest facing site. The house has rocky mountain and Scandinavian influences and is planned around a series of private courtyards in the spirt of a Mediterranean courtyard home.

The primary living spaces opens to north west with a raking beamed ceiling and highlight glazing bring the whole view into the space. A stone clad 3 sided fireplace separates the living and dining which opens to a large sheltered entertaining courtyard. Bedrooms are clustered at the southern end of the house with the Master Bedroom enjoying the primary view and a private outlook into a landscape courtyard. A sunken bath in the main ensuite positions the bather just above ground level as another way to experience the landscape.

Construction on the Spencer House commences in August 2016 and will be complete in early 2017.
