Spring Creek House

The Spring Creek house sits high above Spring Creek Dam on the outskirts of Orange and has expansive views over the town and beyond.

The project is centered around a suite of indoor/outdoor living spaces that will be the focus of family living and entertaining. A landscape courtyard, enclosed BBQ dining space space and primary living space that opens to the main view are linked via large sliding and defined by subtle level changes, ceiling height and materiality. Expansive glazed openings allow uninterrupted views while protecting the spaces from the strong south westerly winds that a so much a part of living on this site.
